This is for people who have fur kids. Those pet parents can understand because they have been through it all the time as well as I have.
Me'nHer got up at the same time. She's first, so straight into the kitchen to get her breakfast ready. Now for two days, she's hardly eaten her soft food or kibble...even her utmost favorites. I have followed her around several times and brought it to her...and she had maybe half a FF throughout the day. Worried me. She played some, rolled around a tad, and came up to me for lovin's quite a bit more than usual. Slept even more than usual.
We headed to bed. The light was off, and she sneezed in my face. Several times. I'd seen her working her mouth so to speak, quite a bit during late afternoon and evening. She did sneeze twice at isolated times in th4e day.
This morning she tore into the teaspoon of soft food I give her to keep her from horking, Then I give her more 15 or so minutes later. However, she had eaten dry food in the night (good news actually) and the teaspoon of food pushed her over the edge. I will tell you! What a time of it for me.
My eggs and coffee, piping hot and just out of the pot and off the stove, lay there cooling rapidly while I moved heavy furniture around to clean up 5 hork piles. BIG ones and wet. I had to move an end table out into the floor, unplug a lamp, and still squeeze through the space and turned sideways from the two piles there on the carpet. I bent from the waist as my knees won't work. (not kidding.) And cleaning up wet drippy hork with paper towels, as I was bending over & turned sideways to the piles is not easy. As I was cleaning-she hurled again on the brass floor lamp base. Then, down the hallway, then in her room. Ice formed over the eggs and coffee. I heard scratchy voiced laughter coming from the back of the house. Her meows are scratchy and low sounding any more except when she is bringing her family down the hall into the bedroom. She was like a clarion horn as always, last night when Donkey came down to join me. But scratchy and low when it's just a conversation between us.
M girl is fifteen years old and will be sixteen by year's end. She will have her annual in late April. I always sweat out the blood tests. They have been good so far. She is using her powder room as she should. A Three plus One combo daily. Still, she is a very plump girl. It is from lack of activity. I can't make her play. She has to want to. Last night she did.
OK..Nuff said, and then some.
